WebI’ve rethreaded my machine several times, checked the bobbin and tension, used the hand wheel and still nothing. When I change back over to the cotton scrap, it works like a charm. I’ve also sewn stretch fabric (Mood Fabrics reflective 4 way stretch knit) using a zigzag stitch on my machine in the past with no problem, so I know it does work. WebI'll sew for an inch or so and see how it looks. If there's loose threads, then the tension is too low. If the fabric is bunching up and the thread is too tight, then the tension is too high. I'll adjust it a little, sew another inch on scrap and then see if that helps. I can usually dial in the right tension in a few tries this way.
