WebI'm trying to go to sleep at 11:30 p. m. and wake up at 7:00 a. m. Before, I would never feel sleepy during the night and have a really hard time falling asleep. Now that's the opposite. I start to feel sleepy starting from 9 p. m. forward and I mean quite sleepy! I'm trying to keep the schedule despite that.
